PRAISE Opens the Heavens!

 

This Orphanage and church know what honors God and opens the heavens. It's their PRAISE! When times are tough, the tough PRAISE God, because He is worthy.

We pray BLESSINGS on these children and call the heavens to open up above them and do exceedingly abundantly above all they ask or think.

We celebrate that 5 of our children did their national examiation and did very well with hgh scores. They are qualified now to attend high school and pursue their dreams. We sill need sponsors for 2 of the children, David and Agnes. David wants to be a doctor and Agnes wants to be a lawyer.

Please pray and consider sponsoring one of these children for their schooling, fees, uniforms, etc that is needed for them to pursue and complete their education requirements to their dreams. What a blessing to be a part of their dreams and futures being made possible for them.

Lockdown Continues for 21 More Days

Lockdown from Covid-19 continues for another 21 days and in need of income

for continued support and food for the children.

Rains Cause Damage to Girls Washroom

The heavy rains have caused great damage in the orphanage. 

The girls washroom broke down and the floor sank.

Thankfully no child was injued. They will be forced to use

the bushes before we have a new one.

Urgent Need for Security Wall Repair

Received this report from the   Pastor/Director

"We had an accident on the orphanage. The wall for the orphanage broke down after the heavy rains. We thank God no one was injured. Need $1500 urgently for the repair. Children are exposed to danger. We fear their belongings being stolen and kidnapping. Urgent help needed."

We lift this in prayer. We bind the spirit of fear in Jesus name, and decree God did not give them a spirit of fear but power, love and a sound mind. We join our faith and heart with him as they call in the provisions for this needed repair. We speak Peace to him and to the children in Jesus name. He is their covering and protection and Provider. We bless them and share this need and reach out for support for them. God is faithful to keep this Pastor/Director and the children.

In Need of Food

Growing & Multiplying

God continues to show His blessing of increase and hand of favor upon this Kisii Orphanage as it has grown from 16 children to 33 at the present. They have just been accepted for a $2000 government grant to build a new kitchen as the old one is too small, and they are looking forward to this new expansion.

With the beginning of the next school session starting at the first of May they are in immediate need of school fees for the children and would be most grateful and appreciate any small donation to this cause. Donations can be made at: gofund.me/kisiiorphanage

The director of the orphanage has been praying about putting up a posho mill to process maize flour. This will help generate income daily. A posho mill costs $650, but it brings $5 daily.

The Kisii church next door that initiated and supports this orphanage recently had a 2 week camp meeting and a women's conference reaching out to other churches and their community with many salvations. The Spirit of God rests upon this ministry and is bearing much fruit. This is good ground to sow into, and the lives of these children will benefit immensely from your prayers and gifts of giving.
